Sourcing: Finding top/quality candidates using different platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter etc.) and Boolean search
Phone Screening: interviewing candidates to check skills and experiences.
Client Management – Consistently consults and collaborates with clients/partner recruiter regarding expectations, challenges and strategies. Lead intake calls and daily/weekly meetings to discuss and assess job order status and health.
• Performance Management – Monitors productivity and analyze metrics and present back to client and account manager so that enhancements can be made to the hiring process such as revisions of interview guides, job descriptions, compensation packages, and success indicators.
• Continuous Process Improvement – Develops process improvements, implement solutions and share best practices with team members and internal partners.
