Dental Healthcare VA / Customer Service Representative

Helps to determine what insurance benefits are available to patients, confirm coverage, review benefits and assists on checking and resolving claims concern.

To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, text message and emails. Responsibilities & duties: Research, track, maintain and update leads.

Correspond with prospects and answer any questions about the hotel's venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, or promotions.

Responsible for accurately processing dental insurance claims, verifying patient eligibility, and communicating with insurance companies, patients, and dental providers to resolve any claim-related issues. My goal is to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and accurately, leading to timely reimbursement for dental services rendered.

Responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment via telephone.
