- Assist in producing listing contents for all marketplaces that are incorporated with high-ranking keywords and compliant with marketplace guidelines
- Assist in producing content for Brand-exclusive features (e.g. Virtual Bundle, Amazon Posts)
2.) Amazon SEO
- Harvest keywords with highest SEO value using third-party KW research tools and Amazon reports
- Conduct accurate filtering and categorization to ensure proper targeting
3.) Amazon Listings Management
- Creation of new listings in marketplaces on Amazon.
- Update listings across marketplaces to ensure all fields being indexed are optimized including, but not limited to, detail page title, bullet points, and backend keywords
- Ensure listing issues are caught, addressed, and fixed soon as possible to minimize sales impact
- Order and fulfillment monitoring
4.) Amazon Listing Assets Management
- Execute asset uploads as well as merchandising enhancements to brand’s Amazon Store
- Audit listings content and assets to ensure consistency in detail page and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines
- Launch A+ Content for all listings and ensure that they are reflecting correctly on the detail page
5.) Amazon Promotions
- Launch promotions (e.g. deals, coupons) to boost product visibility, sales, and traffic
- Generate sales data to assess performance in relation to overall revenue
6.) Reconciliation and Reimbursement
- Process reconciliation if any discrepancy has been found in the number of shipped items as compared to the units received in Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Investigate and ensure FBA fees are accurate. Process reimbursements if any discrepancy has been found
- Process reimbursements related to goods damaged in the Amazon Warehouse
7.) Market Research
- Provide recommendations to improve content and creative assets based on competitor research and market trends
8.) Buy box Monitoring
- Monitor relevant listing metrics and variables including, but not limited to, inventory and pricing data, to increase chances of winning the buy box
- Daily monitoring of buy box status across the whole product portfolio
9.) Inventory Management
- Monitor overall inventory performance including, but not limited to, stranded inventory, excess inventory, and IPI score
- Assist in inventory forecasting activities in order to avoid insufficient FBA inventory
- Monitor FBA shipments and ensure all shipped items have been received in Amazon Fulfillment Centers
- Investigate unfulfillable inventory and ensure that data presented is accurate
10.) Amazon Account Health Monitoring
- Monitor reviews and feedback regularly to verify if all cases are answered and appropriate actions have been done
- Ensure that Performance issues observed and encountered are acted upon immediately
- Monitor Q&A section to increase customer engagement
11.) Amazon Brand Governance
- Ensure unauthorized resellers and counterfeit products are reported and removed from the Amazon marketplaces, before risking the brand’s reputation and losing revenue to deceptive sellers.
12.) Sales Performance
- Generate sales data across all Amazon marketplaces to assess performance
- Compare sales results from organic and sponsored activities
13.) Escalation of Listing Issues
- Investigate and log cases with Amazon Support to fix issues related, but not limited, to listings/catalog and brand health
