Profile Description

I have almost 5 years of experience handling various Amazon Seller Central accounts and about a year of handling Vendor Central accounts. I have helped sellers and brand owners primarily with the following:
1.) Copywriting
- Produce listing content (title, bullet points, description) for all marketplaces that are incorporated with high-ranking keywords and compliant with marketplace guidelines
- Produce content (title, bullet points, description) for Brand-exclusive features (e.g. Virtual Bundle, Amazon Posts)
2.) Amazon SEO
- Harvest keywords with highest SEO value using third-party KW research tools and Amazon reports
- Conduct accurate filtering and categorization to ensure proper targeting
3.) Amazon Listings Management
- Creation of new listings in marketplaces on Amazon.
- Update listings across marketplaces to ensure all fields being indexed are optimized including, but not limited to, detail page title, bullet points, and backend keywords
4.) Amazon Listing Assets Management
- Execute image set uploads to listings 
- PerforUpgrade to see actual inforchandising enhancements to brand’s Amazon Store
- Audit listings content and assets to ensure consistency in detail page and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines
- Launch A+ Content for all listings and ensure that they are reflecting correctly on the detail page
5.) Market Research
- Provide recommendations to improve content and creative assets based on competitor research and market trends
6.) Escalation of Listing Issues
- Investigate and log cases with Amazon Support to fix issues related, but not limited, to listings/catalog and brand health
7.) Account Health Monitoring
- Monitor various areas of account health, including but not limited to Performance Notifications, Shipping Performance, and Voice of the Customer
- Investigate and provide resolutions to appeal for restricted listings that impact the overall account status
8.) Inventory Management
- Ensure that inventory issues such as Stranded Inventory and Suppressed Listings, are fixed immediately in order to ensure offer is active on the marketplace.
- Inventory Performance Index (IPI) monitoring. 
9.) Launch PPC
- Familiar with advertising console dashboard and reports
- Able to launch Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display if specific campaign details are provided (e.g. budget, keyword targets, bid strategy) 
10.) Processing reimbursements
- Monitor FBA shipments and process reconciliation
- Periodically confirm accuracy of FBA fees
- Periodically monitor if there are warehouse-damaged items 
11.) Order Management
- Monitor FBM orders and coordinate with warehouse fulfillment team to make sure those that need to be shipped in less than 48 hours will not be delayed 
12.) Customer Service
- Ensure that buyer messages will be responded within 24 hours
- Request removal of negative feedback if applicable
- Monitor reviews
