As a Human Resource Staff at Orchard & Group Networks Private Limited, I contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of the company's employees. I work with the HR manager and the team leaders to ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and followed. I also handle the payroll, benefits, and employee relations issues, using Zoho CRM to manage and update the employee database.
