Profile Description

I have 6 years of experience in a Shared Service company, which develops most of my skills.
Currently, I am a Training and Quality Associates where I facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training, updating and maintaining our process documentation,
monitoring team's accuracy score, conduct calibration sessions, and also present monthly assessments of the team’s quality performance to our business unit.
During my stay in this Share Service Company, I have developed skills in using different Microsoft offices such as MS Word, PowerPoint presentation, google forms, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and One Note.
I also worked as a customer assistant in a supermarket for more than a year and assisting customers is one of my priorities and where I receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers if necessary. I also checked inventory and discuss a monthly sales report with my manager.
