I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 years. I worked for international accounts. 2 years of experience with telco account explaining bills, troubleshooting, and providing great customer experience with whatever they need. Was able to handle the seasonal account as an order taker for flowers and chocolates, we also process refunds and upsell. Lastly, I am currently an proctoring center manager for a proctoring company assisting 60 FTE with 4 different LOB's. Started as an online proctor who is assisting examinees to take their exam online and ensure the academic integrity of the exam. After 1 year got promoted as a team leader and was able to handle training as well. After a year of being a team leader, I got promoted as an assistant campaign manager which allows me to be exposed to creating data and analysis. I am very much familiar with google sheets, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. For my freelancing career, I started as a virtual assistant for a cleaning company in the US. I do scheduling, answering/making phone calls for customers, booking appointments, data entry and other personal appointment needed. After that, I was hired as an online medical biller processing claims, ERA's, billing missed procedures, data entry and making training materials. I am ready to enhanced and share my skills to my future partners.
