With a BS in Psychology and 13 years of experience as an Academic Tutor, I have been teaching all subjects for all grade levels including students with special needs. I have helped students overcome learning difficulties, fulfill various school requirements, and gain competence in their chosen fields. I have also collaborated with students to conduct research, analyze data, and write research papers. As an academic tutor, I use fun and engaging learning tools, create a conducive study environment, and continuously motivate my students. I specialize in assessing student's knowledge, creating individualized lesson plans based on the student's needs, and devising appropriate strategies for effective learning. But more than assisting my students academically, I also accompany them in their life journey by harnessing their life skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, time management, emotion management, and decision-making.
In addition to my tutoring skills, I have been a Test Writer for over three years and developed a strong expertise in creating quality test materials for various educational purposes. I have successfully transcribed and edited Series 7 audio lessons, created quizzes and an e-book for aspiring stockbrokers, and designed passages and questions for an ACT review in Science.
