Profile Description

I have vast experience as a customer service representative. Mainly focused on providing good customer experience. I have also delved into technical roles with basic troubleshooting skills and simultaneously providing utmost satisfaction by giving concise resolution. I am also familiar with marketing both physical and over the phone experience, which gave me an edge as I have been working as a customer service for sometime and I know how to listen to customers, hearing the right things to acknowledge what they really need and offer the products most suited for them. Most recently I have worked as HR coordinator which allows me to assist employees with their pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices depending on their concerns.
