Profile Description

Shared services for Australian customs brokerage and freight forwarding performing the following function:
- Collection, Review and follow up of shipping documents
- Registrations for import sea-freight and air-freight
- Customs compiling for pre-lodgement of shipment
- Preparation of billing and invoicing to client
- AP and AR invoice posting
- Sending EFT Requests for EDO
- Receiving arrival notice, delivery orders and invoices for checking and filing
Role as a team leader:
- Supervise everyday work of the team's operating processes
- Ensuring that KPIs are always fulfilled
- Investigation of all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent recurrence.
- Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency
- Hosting a monthly meeting for the management team and client to give update and discuss operational efficiency.
