I am a Filipino, 28 years of age, currently residing in the Philippines.

My first BPO job was Telstra, an AU account as a Credit Management Representative, so what we do there is collect money over the phone via Credit card, and connect and disconnect customers’ services as well.
My first online job was a customer service at Upgrade to see actual info, I became an escalation supervisor after a few months which caters to high risk customers that are willing to file a case against us, after that I then wanted to enter the world of real estate for growth, so I jumped to this company called Virtually incredible as a Leasing Line Agent, and what we do there is schedule people who are interested for a showing and tell them about the property that they are interested in. After that, I moved to this small company called Oliva Carpet Cleaning as a Customer service / Virtual Assistant of the owner wherein I answer phone calls about inquiries, bookings for carpet cleaning, and a Virtual Assistant to the owner as well. The most recent job I had is at Photodeals UK/US as an Email support and I worked there for 3 years.

I also have a thing for Editing photos and videos since my college course is AB Communication and I am also advanced to the computer software and hardware.
I am a graduate of AB Communication from De La Salle Lipa and my skills are:
• Working knowledge and skills in Advertising, Film, Photography, Radio, Print, Theater and Research
• Proficient in written and oral English communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Macintosh and Windows applications –Microsoft Offices (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After-effects
• Adaptability and flexibility in any working condition
