I have extensive  eCommerce(eBay) ,Australian mortgage/real estate and customer service experience and knowledge. Holder of Cert IV in Finance and Broking . 

I've worked in mortgage industry for almost 3 years in an Australian company. Mostly in loan processing, servicing,preparing valuations,pricing,loan review, parabroking and settlements.  Do follow us with the lender or bank. Tools I have used in
this role are Sharepoint,ApplyOnline ,Docusign ,dropbox, Broker Engine and Airtable.

I work quickly and its my top priority. I am perfectly capable of following instructions as long as they are clear. Once I have a project in my hands.

I'm an experienced eBay customer support for buy and sell. Responsible in helping buyers and seller with their concerns. Assisting buyers in navigating the online platform, answer their inquiries about the process ,terms and conditions, how the platform works from buying process to delivery.
Also assisting seller when it comes to their eBay store. Responsible in discussing their sale performance,inventories,traffics,listings,promotions,optimization and seller fees.
I did some product research, drop shipping in upwork. Has knowledge in using zikanalytics and autoDs for competitor research. I've worked for a seller who has a store. Do product research.
