Tasks that are given to me and worked for are:
- Assisting in managing the day to day operations of the station/hub from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial handling protocol.
- Handling our Petty Cash Request
- Support our Station Manager in managing Fleet and warehouse activities such as receiving parcels from another warehouse team, sorting parcels to designated areas in the locality/city, dispatching our riders.
- Train and manage our Fleet of Riders and Inventory Clerks.
I have been employed in Banking & Finance and Real Estate company as Treasury Assistant and Administrative
Treasury Assistant, I have experience in SAP system on how we prepared reimbursement request and payment proposal (check-cutting) such as payment for Utilities, Commissions of our Agents, Maintenance etc. I also prepared printing of BIR form 2307.
Administrative Assistant, I was assigned in Procurement and Supply Chain Department where we handled the request purchased orders to a newly established Bank branch and currently build the branch.
