My professional journey began in 2011 as a call center agent working the night shift, handling over 200 inbound calls a day. Over the next nine years, I worked with several major BPO companies, gaining experience across a wide range of industries—from customer service and lead generation to sales, billing, medical support, and technical troubleshooting.
In 2020, I made the decision to transition into remote work. I’ve always been passionate about creating a better work-life balance, and working from home has allowed me to be more present for my family while staying productive and focused in my career.
My virtual career took off when I joined Airbnb as a Resolutions Specialist. I was part of the team that handled the platform’s most complex cases—covering mediation, cancellations, AirCover claims, refunds, rebooking, and even review removals. As a traveler myself, I understood both the host and guest perspectives, which helped me resolve issues with empathy and fairness. I was proud to be recognized multiple times as a top-performing agent.
That experience inspired me to branch out independently. I began working directly with Airbnb hosts, helping them optimize operations and improve performance. One of my first clients in North Carolina had 52 properties. Together, we achieved a 0?ncellation rate, improved his occupancy by 20%, maintained a 4.9-star review rating, and earned Superhost status.
Since then, I’ve supported multiple clients with guest communication, listing management, automation, and ad hoc tasks. I’ve become proficient with a range of platforms and tools including Hostfully, Hospitable, Guesty, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Trello, Asana, AppFolio, Google Workspace, WordPress, and MLS.
