I was responsible for managing the people-related aspects of the business as well as activities such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee benefits, performance management, training and development, and maintaining a positive work environment. My ultimate goal was to ensure that the organization's workforce is well-supported, motivated, and aligned with the company's objectives, fostering both individual and collective success.

I was in charged in the process of accurately inputting, organizing, and managing various types of information into computer systems or databases. This task requires careful attention to detail, as even minor errors can lead to significant discrepancies in the stored data. I typically handled tasks such as entering text, numbers, and other relevant data from physical or digital sources, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information being recorded.

As an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher, my role involves guiding and supporting non-native English speakers in their journey to learn and improve their English language skills. I create engaging lessons that focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. By fostering a positive and interactive learning environment, I help my students gain the confidence they need to communicate effectively in English and navigate real-life situations with ease.

Apparently, I used Facebook platform to promote products, services, or brands to a target audience. It involves creating and managing ad campaigns, optimizing content for engagement, and analyzing data to achieve marketing goals. Key skills in Facebook marketing include ad creation, audience targeting, content strategy, and data analysis to drive business growth and engagement on the platform.

I was able to use my powerful strategy for businesses and brands to connect with my target audience on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter. It involves creating and sharing content, engaging with my followers, and running targeted advertising campaigns to build brand awareness, and ultimately, achieve marketing goals.

I was able to handle and organize electronic mail communication such as sorting and prioritizing emails, responding to messages in a timely manner, archiving important information, and implementing strategies to minimize email overload.

I was able to identify and cultivate potential customers or clients for a business. This typically includes various marketing and sales strategies, such as creating targeted campaigns, utilizing digital marketing channels, and collecting contact information. The goal is to generate a pool of interested individuals or companies who can be converted into paying customers or clients.
