My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I'm currently managing 10 Amazon stores as a Team Leader here in the Philippines. But I've been a product lister (VA) since 2021 and my everyday task is to look for winning items, the listing of items, answer customers' emails, do sales reports, manage & investigate refunds and returns, assist my team, generate return labels, monitor shipments & manage orders as soon as I can. I've also been an Upgrade to see actual info Specialist for Facebook, helping clients create their shop, set up a Shopify account, make a domain name, and assign VAs for them.

I am willing to give up my current client if you can offer me this job, and if you can share with me your knowledge and I will share my knowledge with you as well. By the way, I am using some applications to help me overgrow. (OAGenius Sage, OAGenius Gravity, OAG Fake Tracking, Informed.co, SKUGrid and FBMFox)
