I am a highly driven and organized individual who has worked as an appointment setter as well as a virtual assistant. I have great communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to engage successfully with customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat. I am skilled in scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and confirming appointments in a timely and professional manner as an appointment setter. I can also follow set scripts, rules, and norms while exercising individual judgment and decision-making abilities. My expertise managing a large volume of calls and keeping correct records in a customer relationship management (CRM) system qualifies me for the position. I have strong organizational and time-management abilities as a virtual assistant, as well as the ability to prioritize projects and fulfill deadlines in a fast-paced setting. I am familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity applications, and I am capable of performing research and data analysis jobs. My knowledge with project management tools and procedures enables me to assist with project management, tracking progress, and assuring project completion on schedule.
