Hi, 

I'm ---------- from the Philippines. I am a mother of a five-year old girl who is smart and jolly. I have completed a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. My professional career started in 2006 in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I worked as an inbound customer service representative for two US-based banks. A positive turn in my career happened when I got promoted to quality analyst where I monitored both live and recorded calls of customer service representatives to ensure a great customer service was delivered. After my career as a quality analyst, I took on a new role as a catalog specialist where I created, managed, and maintained product catalogs for a B2B platform. The last BPO career I had was with a financial institution providing foreign exchange and payments services to businesses of all sizes. I was an online specialist and my task was to screen, background check, and approve online application of businesses that wish to use the platform for their monetary transactions.

My freelancing career started in 2017. I workedas a general virtual assistant for a start-up e-commerce business. I learned a lot from this experience since this was the first time I was directly hired by a foreign client. It also opened my mind to the idea of working in the comfort of my home.
