Currently working part time as consultant, guiding the Purchasing team of the Brand Standards process to procure Equipment, Supplies and Tools in the 5su/pre-opening. I give suggestions and recommendations to the team the standards procedures, from bid invites, bid forms, price comparisons, to recommendations approval then PO.
Provide the Team, the suppliers in Philippines and Abroad that caters the requirements of 5su items
I lead the entire Purchasing and Receiving Team in my previous job from Sourcing for Items and suppliers, Procurements, Receiving, Inventories and conduct Audit internally and externally.
