In my current role, I manage the overall CRM operations using GoHighLevel, overseeing the full setup and optimization of its features. This includes website and funnel creation, landing pages, survey forms, online appointment scheduling, and automated follow-up campaigns for effective lead generation and client engagement. I also handle customized messaging, AI-driven automation, and automated booking systems to streamline our processes. Additionally, I manage the entire workflow and pipeline structure, ensuring smooth lead tracking and client movement through each stage. I am responsible for generating and presenting analytics and performance reports, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decisions and improve overall efficiency.

I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for over 3 years, directly supporting my client in a one-on-one setup.
