Profile Description

Customer service ( chat support ): As a Virtual Assistant, customer service I do chat support for the inquiry and settlement of bookings. I see to it that all information sent by the client is complete and to confirm.
I do answer all the questions regarding the products or what we offer and make sure the client would be satisfied and have their booking afterward.
Entertainment Coordinator: As a Coordinator, I need to check all the shows happening around the park to make sure the safety of each talent and character during the shows. And also checking their time every sets. Making reports for every set if any iUpgrade to see actual info happened during the show.
Attraction Manager: I used to manage one of the Attraction in the theme park and as a manager, I see to it that every corner of the buildings is in good shape, I need to check all the characters under my supervision, checking also the needs of every cast and also the needs of the Attraction for some development and a special event if there's any.
