I've also worked with one of the largest bank in US which is Citibank as a KYC analyst. aside from working in operations I had been part of the Talent Acquisition Team during my VXI days I was an Ops Validator who conducted a final interview with AT&T applicants. I am well experienced in hardcore and combined billing explanations, basic troubleshooting, gathering informations and hard selling. I have been promoted thrice in my previous company from Level 1 to Level 2 Agent to Subject Matter Expert and to a Team Leader for AT&T Platinum. I’ve handled 15 to 16 agents way back then excluding my SME. Being a Team Leader in a tough account like AT&T was not that easy, I must say that this is an extremely important role. You have to motivate your people, inspiring them, setting yourself as a good example to them, and most of all you have to ensure their success by molding and developing them into a better version of their selves. I also used to work under pressure, working during rest days and the holiday season with a very flexible schedule. When I was a Team Leader I do admin tasks, taking supervisor calls, provide real-time assistance to my agents, real-time and weekly coaching, call listening, calibrations, call evaluations, and even meetings with clients, sending daily and end-of-day reports. I have been a Top 1 Team Leader for 2 consecutive quarter on our site and received a token of appreciation from the management. I was able to promote 12 agents in 2 years and for me, It was a very big achievement as a Team Leader. Before I became a Team Leader I also started as an agent taking inbound calls, handling and dealing with different types of clients every day, I do hardcore and combined billing explanations, processing payment and payment arrangements, processing valid adjustments, processing upgrades, and upselling and basic troubleshooting. I have been a Top Seller in Comcast and AT&T and got some reward from the management as well. I am the type of person who is willing to strive harder, can easily cope up with the changes, can work under pressure, well trained in multi-tasking, active listener, eager to learn more, and willing to go under training to excel and be successful in the future.
