Profile Description

Hi. I am a Chef by profession. I worked in this industry for 14 years. I manage the day to day operation of the restaurant and at the same time doing research and development on every dish that is being served. I personally do inventories and ordering which is vital in our line of duty. I hire and train cooks to the best of my knowledge and ability. My organizational skills are exceptional I would say, by managing and handling a number of cooks in a fast-paced restaurants that demands quality and efficiency which also requires you to have the ability to do problem-solving skills on the spot. I am also very creative which is one of the needed skills in this kind of job, you have to have something different to offer to your patrons every now and then, and being creative is a plus.
