As a pharmacy care coordinator, I am responsible for coordinating patient care services and ensuring that patients receive their necessary medications on time. Since I'm also a pharmacy benefit manager, I assist patients in understanding policies, processing claims, and clarifying their benefits and eligibility. I collaborated with healthcare providers and insurance companies to streamline the process.
