Data Analyst • Processing Claims specifically on Life Insurance• Interprets and analyze data provided on every patients claims• Identify every transaction if the member/patient is eligible on plans they are enrolled.• Ability to identify ICD, CPT codes and HCPCS on processed claims whether they are covered on every patients plan coverage• Ensure the benefits applied to every member is correct and accurate based on the health plan they are covered with.• Handled Professional, Outpatient, In-Patient (Emergency, Surgery, etc.), and Home Health Care claims. As well as Medicare, Medicaid and Coordination of Benefits.• Providing solution on customers and healthcare providers' inquiries through client’s system tools.• Communicate with CSR or Customer Service Representatives on every customers and healthcare providers inquiries.• Responsible for end to end processing.• Handles issue resolution to ensure department and customer needs are met Carrier Account Manager/AuditorResponsible for the quality and integrity of accounting and reporting practices and controls, and the financial statements and reports for carriers and customers.
