These are just some of the tasks that I can take care of for you so you can free your time and focus on other important aspects of your business:
-Cater to your customers' inquiries and assistance they need via email and chat/live chat.
-Fulfill orders via Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms you have for your business.
-Complete return and exchange requests from customers, making sure that these requests are managed in a timely manner. 
-Address and respond to customer reviews as necessary.
-Take care of Facebook Ads comments and help the customers who intend to buy. 
-Make sure there is no unresponded customer inquiry or concern beyond the service level agreement (commonly within a 24-hour window).
-Collate reports and formulate analyses on customers' buying experience so we can further discuss ways to improve our services.
-Follow up with customers who have pending concerns as necessary.
-Create and Update SOPs as necessary.
