-Take care of Facebook Ads comments and help the customers who intend to buy. 
-Make sure there is no unresponded customer inquiry or concern beyond the service level agreement (commonly within a 24-hour window).
-Collate reports and formulate analyses on customers' buying experience so we can further discuss ways to improve our services.
-Follow up with customers who have pending concerns as necessary.
-Create and Update SOPs as necessary.
