Profile Description

I am a degree holder of International Hospitality Management and a former Airline ground attendant or Customer service agent here in the Philippines. My task assignment varies each day; there were days where I check-in and board passengers, locate lost luggages, process the passenger's refund and rebook and as well as to answer inquiries through calls and respond to emails. Working in a fast-paced environment like the airport has helped me develop my critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and most especially, interpersonal skills. I was able to communicate and share thoughts to people with different beliefs and cultures. Through that, I had been adaptive in dealing people's approach towards me. I admit that I am a newbie in this online platform, but whoever considers to give me the chance to work with them, rest assured that I am willing to be trained and corrected if I must and I'll do my best to contribute to my client's success in online services.
