I was a real estate credit and collection assistant for almost a year before I became a Project Management Specialist in an IT/Engineering company for more than 3 years. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. I also create marketing campaigns, email creatives and marketing SMS as an Email Marketer for a multimedia company. Most of the brands I was able to handle are from Shopify and small business owners. I am knowledgeable in tools like Microsoft Tools, Oracle, CRM, Google Sheets, Outlook, OmniSend, AirTable, and Slack. As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do.
