I have been a Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years. I am experienced in appointment setting, cold calling, Real Estate and sales. I worked with different clients in the US handling different tasks and campaigns.

I worked as a real estate cold caller for a real estate agent and real estate investment company based in the US for more than a year. I conduct a cold call to different homeowners and qualify them by asking the 4-Pillars questions and put the information I gathered on CRMs or in my clients database.

I also have work experience as a sales agent for a software application company in the Upgrade to see actual info was a B2B sales. Where I cold call restaurant owners and introduce our products and services over-the-phone and what are the benefits they can get once they subscribe with our software application. 

I have some experience working as a sales agent for a healthcare account based in the US. Where I conduct cold call to people who are qualified for Medicare Insurance and once they are qualified, I connect them to live transfers which is also our sales manager.

I retained my experience working as a cold caller for a solar campaign two years ago. I usually conduct a cold call to different prospect/clients, inform about the benefits in getting solar both financial and environmental effects while using it. 
 
I have an admin tasks experience and some clerical works like, e-mails and data entry.
