I have been in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years handling different accounts. One year as an appointment setting for real estate and Data Entry 3 years. For that period being a CSR I have handled a couple of servicing accounts that are known in the industry to be one of the most complex and most challenging experiences such as troubleshooting cable boxes and scheduling appointments for Comcast customers, managing phone calls for irate and happy clients, making travel arrangements for Expedia-Travelocity-Orbitz- Cheaptickets users and handling credit card payments while making more sales. I can tell that it molded my skills in call handling, issue resolution, and giving customers a great experience like listening to them to
