It has been a decade since I made the decision to pursue a career in the BPO industry, with the aim of gaining valuable experience and kickstarting my professional life. During my time in the industry, I received extensive training, which enabled me to handle sales and customer service with great efficiency. I had the privilege of working for one of the largest call center companies in the Philippines as a manager where I managed a team of agents providing customer service and sales support to some of the biggest telecommunications companies in the US and AU. I take pride in my consistent ability to meet and exceed my goals and KPIs, which has earned me multiple awards for exceptional performance in both fields.
I also had the opportunity to work as a Senior Executive Recruitment Manager for a reputable Australian Management Consulting firm for six years, leading a team and successfully placing numerous Senior Executive roles while working remotely.
In addition to my current pursuits, I have had the privilege of studying Legal Management for three years at a renowned university, I have knowledge in the legal field and would be pleased to offer my assistance, if it is deemed necessary.
I possess valuable skills that align with the requirements of the aforementioned fields. These include qualities such as patience, attentiveness, a strong work ethic, optimism, determination, and accountability.
