Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info, an Experienced Customer Service Representative who handled the Freight Forwarding/Logistics accounts for 6 years and is an aspiring Virtual Assistant.
I have the set of skills that are available in order to become a top-notch VA like Email and Chat support, Data Entry, Communication skills, and expertise in using the Cargowise One system.
I am highly trainable and I am eager to go the extra mile or above and beyond to provide a positive output.
These are the major tasks working as a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist:
-Create/update shipments, and Consol for import and export shipments for multiple clients from (AU, NZ, The USA, and the Netherlands)-Dealing with Warehouses, Overseas Agents, Customers, Suppliers, Truckers, etc.-Sending/requesting export and import documents to shippers and overseas agents.-Scheduling of pick-up from Supplier to the warehouse for export and from depot to consignee for imports via trucker's website.-Negotiate with different truckers to find cost-effective pick-up rates.-Posting, Updating, and sending invoices for customers.-Warehouse file registration for inbound and outbound shipments.-Sending quotes to customers for pick-up Upgrade to see actual infonding Cartage advice to truckers/updating container de-hire dates / sending outturn reports / AES Filing /Emanifest, AMS, ISF5 filing.-Provides Daily/Weekly Reports to Management Team and other tasks that are requested as long as SOPs are provided.
I also experienced working as a VA - Supply Chain Associate for a US trading company that specializes in the distribution of golf bags and accessories. 
I was assigned to a variety of tasks like;-Supplier sourcing-Monitoring of project management dashboard(ASANA)-Inventory and shipment tracking -Product listing-Communicating with manufacturers-Compiling of documents through Google Docs-Other tasks as requested. 
I never stop learning and improving myself. I enrolled in an Amazon Course here in the Philippines to properly equip myself with new knowledge so that I can be more effective and be able to assist my client with their outside businesses.
