-Continuously research and implement ways to improve and streamline day-to-day tasks
-Extract and upload daily sales data from the POS system to the cloud
-Compute and update records of staff and in-charge work hours
-Check and adjust camera settings in each studio room
-Create sales invoices for customer purchases
-Check and report on team output daily and create comparative sales reports each month
-Assist ground staff in operations
-Schedule weekly meetings with the team and area manager, ensuring all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers know the meeting date, time, and agenda.
-Prepare and distribute meeting agendas,  ensuring all relevant information is captured and shared with the team.
-Facilitate the meetings, ensuring all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are given an opportunity to contribute, and any issues or concerns are addressed
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
-Manage and post daily content on Instagram and Facebook
-Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
-Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
-Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
-Provide training and guidance to other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on social media best practices and tactics
-Collaborate with other teams, like marketing to ensure brand consistency
-Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
-Monitor and record customer reviews on Google
-Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook posts, IG posts, and stories)
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
-Manage to grow some of our IG brand followers by up to 14% in a month without spending on any boosted posts
Customers Relations Specialist
-Handle and respond to customer inquiries via various platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram
-Help customers schedule and book their slots
-Provide customers with advice on how to get the most value for their money
