I have been a Customer Service Representative for 5 years already in one of the most prestigious BPO Companies in the country. I'm handling Telco account and I have a strong experience handling Chat, Email and Phone.  I recently enrolled in an Online Academy for Virtual Assistants to learn and develop my skills to help me anchored to be a proficient VA. 
One of the most promising qualities that I posses is that I am a proactive person and a goal-oriented one. I intend to always make sure to finish my work on time with 100?curacy. I am a great team player and would always maximize resources to finish my work.
