Customer Service & Sales Expert, WordPress Specialist

For almost 5 years, before starting work online, I worked in a call center as a customer service and sales representative. So I can talk with customers pretty well.

While working at Pet Summits, My knowledge and skills when it comes to WordPress has dramatically improved and I have also created a website from scratch while working at P.I.R.A for a project base task. I am proficient in using thrive elements and elementor in designing websites. The only thing that I am not an expert with is coding , that is an advance web development skill.

Together with my WordPress skill, SEO is included in one of my task , so both go hand in hand.

When starting working online, while working as a sales representative, another task they have given me is to do lead generation. I have found tools and techniques I looking for leads through my work experiences.

I have worked as a social media manager intern for 3 months and I also attended webinar for SMM

I have done cold calling while working for a call center and working online, I rate myself three stars because it depends on what I am selling, When I was trying to sell to B2b, I am successful in selling web designing products to start-up companies but I did not sell anything when I was selling medical devices to companies.

I have also had work experience in assisting customers through emails, I rated it 3 since I do not type fast.
