I also have superb efficiency in call handling and relevant experience in sales. Has the necessary skills to identify client needs, experience with inside sales works. Confident in doing inbound and outbound calls, knowledge in MS office, or other similar tools.
I've worked with Amazon Customer Service, Walmart Customer Care as a sales agent for almost 5 years with some sort of recognition including top sales agent of the month for the straight 6 months.
