Profile Description

I am a graduate of BS Biology and have been working in a call center setting for 5 years. My accounts' industries include Technical Support (AT&T), Online Shopping CSR  (Macy's), Data Management and Email Support (Iron Mountain), and Hotel Reservation (IHG). In my 5 years working in the BPO industry, aside from being a CSR, I also have been promoted as an SME and to supervisory levels as well. I'm very good at CRM, Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Exel. Same with Google Drive and Google Apps such as Docs, Sheet, Calendar, etc. Other jobs as a part-timer that I joined in include data entry, social media management, proofreading, and audio transcriptions. I am known to be patient, focused, and assertive when it comes to working. I am a goal-getter and a very results-oriented person, the reasons I value time and money, I don't want any of these 2 wasted both for me and for my client. When working, I strive to be excellent and reliable always, so I can say that I want to be both efficient and accurate with my tasks at all times.
