My responsibilities include answering inquiries about order tracking, processing refunds and goodwill requests, resolving account-related technical issues, and ensuring every customer concern is handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently and escalating issues if needed.

I am eager to transition into a new and more competitive role where I can further develop my skills and contribute to a growing team.
