Combined experience in Sales/Marketing and Audit/Accounting.
Current assigned task on my current job is audit of payroll of all employees Head Office and Branch.
to conduct post audit of payroll of over a hundred of branches and a thousand employees, using Microsoft Excel I designed a payroll template on Microsoft Excel, using various Excel formulas it made my audit work fast and Upgrade to see actual infoom company's system, the report can be exported to excel, once exported, all I have to do is copy paste the generated report to the designate Excel Sheet and the data needed will be distributed to it's designated sheets. Late, undertime, absences were computed on the template.
Leaves Sick/Vacation leave will be determine if filed according to the approved policy. Leave used were also monitored if
filed with enough leave credit. Official Business were monitored also on the designed excel template if filed on time and with corresponding Accomplishment report filed on time.
If not filed on time, the template will automatically compute for adjustment and deduction next Upgrade to see actual infosigned also an Excel Formula for Gasoline Inventory on aviation school for company the will automatically compute for usage per aircraft and the remaining inventory as a whole. The Inventory is designed for daily, weekly, and Monthly reporting, wherein daily encoding of fuel loaded to aircraft is necessary.
Also designed formula in excel in monitoring of payment, Flown hours, ground schooling hours of students pilots in the aviation school. all Excel file were link from Enrollment, payment, Ground and Flight Simulation Hours and actual flight hours were computed. Payment vs. flown hours is computed on the excel formula. Flown hours of students were computed and monitored vs. paid flown hours, payment of student pilots if not fully paid or the students enrolled on under payment scheme, the excel formula is designed to monitor if the student need to be billed prior to flight or the payment of the student is still sufficient for flight training. Part of the designed formula is, the Student Affairs Officer will be able to respond to query of the student pilots as to: student balance, total payment, total balance, remaining hours, total hours flown remaining training hours, the SAO all have to do is type either student number or nickname, lastname or fullname of the student. The designed enrollment monitoring using excel that I've designed came in different files, for security purposes cashier has access only on collection file, Student affairs officer on enrollment, Training Agreement File, Accounting Officer access on Training/flight hours flight. Accounting, Cashier, Training Agreement File has the same access on Balance Inquiry Files but limited only to view, the file is password protected and only the Audit has the access.
Due to pandemic, the company dUpgrade to see actual info to let employees work under work from home scheme, our audit team utilizes the use of Google sheet and google drive.
