Profile Description

I've worked as a call center agent for almost a year as a billing and technical support in both American and Canadian Telecommunication Company, AT&T and Bell Mobility/Virgin Mobile Canada specifically. I understand customers situation by putting myself on their shoes.  I can also do graphic designing. I also have experience encoding data when I had my first summer job in the local government. I was also a chat support (freelancer) for Minecraft, HP India, Dell USA for more than a year. I am also currently working as a freelancer for Microsoft and HP USA.
