I started my BPO career way back 2008 as an outbound telesales advisor promoting postpaid long distance service to filipino workers living in the US.

I shifted to customer service advisor on August 2009 handling international telco account until 2017. I have received dozens of rewards and recognition as an advisor helping me build a strong background prior to becoming a subject matter expert.
