I am working as a Medical VA, I am well educated about healthcare insurance accounts and familiar with copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket. I would help both providers and members with Eligibility, Benefits, Claims, and Prior-Authorization.
As a Medical VA, I would be involved in scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and processing credits/refunds, not limited to sending emails for updates and answering patients' inquiries through Zendesk, also reaching out to pharmacies regarding prescription issues, completing patients' verification process by checking their IDs to make sure their documents are updated, reaching out to couriers for mail-order updates and communicating with the providers regarding patients requests and concerns.
I am detail-oriented and trustworthy and I work with integrity, I understand HIPAA by heart.
