I used to work with a US-based company and a Real Estate Upgrade to see actual info my years of experience, I have earned skills in using different tools used for , data mining, data scraping, land searching/ data mapping, and lead research, Parcel Search, building size, zoning, transactional and financial data, ownership and tenant data, market analyses, number of units, Scrapping Properties for sale in the area.The tools that I used are the following:Google Earth Pro, GIS/County Assessor, Bing Map ,PeopleFinders, True People Search ,Zoning And Overlay District, Fema flood Map ,CRE websites LoopNet, CREXi ,Colliers Uploading listing Properties to GOOGLE maps.  Valcre CRE CRM.I am also well experienced in working with: Google Spreadsheet Creation and Management ,Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .I am responsible for messaging, answering inquiries, posting, creating eye-catching captions for Insta-feed and Facebook,Tiktok, creating graphic designs, and gaining followers and likes organically. Managing and Organizing Agreements or Contracts.Also, I excel at verbal and written communication and have a strong eye for detail.
