Im currently working as a part time Phone Agent and Quality Analyst in Odesk. The job includes making outbound calls to different establishments and asking for necessary information and entering it to the client's page. It also includes listening to other agent's calls to evaluate if they entered the correct information obtain from the representative they contacted.
