I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist with 5 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service. My most recent role was as a Resolutions 2 Support Ambassador with Airbnb, where I worked for 3 Upgrade to see actual info this role, I was responsible for assisting guests and hosts with their concerns and issues. I was able to use my strong problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to even the most complex problems.
In addition to my experience with Airbnb, I have also worked as a freelancer for a Upgrade to see actual info this role, I assisted them with their listings on various booking sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, and others. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of how different platforms work and how to optimize listings for maximum exposure.
As a Reservations Agent with Airbnb, I was responsible for a range of duties and responsibilities. These included answering phones and assisting customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations, responding to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details, advising customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience, answering questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events, accurately recording customer information, and charging credit cards upon successful reservation. Additionally, I was responsible for updating cleanings for all properties after the guest checks out and checking the channel manager and other booking platforms for new reservations.
Overall, my experience has given me a strong foundation in customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I am confident in my ability to provide exceptional customer service and look forward to the opportunity to do so in a new role.
