My name is Upgrade to see actual info (you can call me Philline), a journalist-turned-VA who has 7 years of total experience in E-commerce specialized in Customer Service, Dropshipping, Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Orders and Sales Subject Matter Expertise, Refund Disputes, Data entry, Operations and Admin Assistance, and Process Improvement.

Professionally, I also take pride in my great decision-making skills. I am an expert in Zendesk/Freshdesk/Georgias/Zoho, Etsy/Shopify/WooCommerce/Paypal/Stripe, Magento, Trello, Notion, Airtable, Slack and Upgrade to see actual info. Severely trained for Email and Chat Customer Service and support in E-commerce setting, able to learn new knowledge in a timely manner, as well as passionate about any job assigned and puts client satisfaction first.

Aside from my vast and diverse work experiences, I was also a Campus Journalist from Elementary to College whose niche is Feature Writing. In Elementary and High School, I joined and championed local press conferences and competed up to the Regionals. In College, I was a senior feature writer to one of the only 4 College Papers in the Upgrade to see actual infopines that produces school papers on a weekly basis - so I'm pretty much used to pressure.

I am a young, adaptable to evolving societal customer needs, and a career-seeking Gen-Z individual whose working experience revolved around diverse work positions. I started working when I was 18, and all in all, have a total 7+ years of work experience in different job roles assigned. I am honest and proud to say that I am continually growing these work experiences.
