I am working as a freelancer having the title of Senior Operations Manager for an Australian-based company. I started as an Operations Assistant which is the equivalent of a Customer Service Representative. I'm glad to share that I have been with the same company for almost seven years.
Part of my role as a Senior Operations Manager is to oversee the company's operational activities from Customer Support, working closely with the Dev Team on product improvements, and collaborating with the leadership team to improve organisational processes and workflows. I also act as the CEO's point of contact. I'm blessed enough to be part of a start-up team and I always get things done.
Over my 10 years of working, I have a strong background in customer support, operations, HR, Recruitment, and Payroll. I also have a basic knowledge of Finance such as reconciliations, profit and loss, as well as managing accounts receivables and payables.
