I am fluent in English, having been in the BPO industry where I regularly interacted with foreigners. English was also a significant part of my curriculum, and I previously worked as a Technical Support Representative, assisting students and instructors with their concerns.

I have basic knowledge of Excel, as I have been using it in my daily life for tasks such as tracking my expenses and income.

I manage emails by efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and responding to them to ensure effective communication and productivity. I create folders or labels to categorize emails and sort them based on their urgency and importance.

During my time in the BPO industry, I gained experience in chat support, which included handling voice, email, and chat interactions.
