Create clear and concise documentation of current processes , including process flows, procedures and guidelines. Maintain process documentation repositories and ensure accuracy and accessibility of process-related information
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Collaborate with functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
DATA ANALYSIS
Use data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and propose solutions for streamlining operations , reducing costs and enhancing productivity.
PROCESS DESIGN
Develop and design optimized future-state processes based on identified improvement opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders. Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth integration of new process and systems. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
PROCESS MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Establish monitoring mechanisms and performance indicators to track the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. Continuously evaluate and assesses process performance against defined metrics and benchmarks. Identify and address any deviations or issues that arise.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT
As a certified quality internal auditor, I'm responsible for generating and implementing quality assurance standards, conducting quality inspections, identifying production problems, and providing solutions.
ISO IMPLEMENTATION
