As a Customer Service Representative with Service Titan Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and a Virtual Assistant, my day-to-day task was to assist customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests. Also doing data entry, spreadsheets update, and other admin tasks for my client. To be successful in this position, I was able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess excellent time-management skills. I am detail-oriented, able to multitask, and willing to learn new tasks and processes quickly. My goal always is to assist clients with their issues and concerns related to our products and services, while ensuring their satisfaction is consistently met.
